Rusty pickup bed to finished flatbed
The same truck before and after its CinStar flatbed build, from the original rusted bed to a steel flatbed with shop-installed pressure-treated decking.

Bed off, cab mounts back: rear-half descaling and prep, Cosmoline RP-342 Black wax coat on the outside of the frame, Surface Shield inside the boxed rails, then a custom steel flatbed fitted in our shop.
Custom steel flatbed build
Test-fitted in our shop, then finished in black: steel frame, crossmembers, rub rails and headache rack with window guard. 79" wide, no extra lights needed.
Exterior protection: spraying Cosmoline RP-342 Black military-grade wax on the frame rails and crossmembers.
Inside the rails: Surface Shield sprayed into the boxed frame cavities, where trucks rust out first.

Aluminum fuel tank repair for Wiers Fleet Services
A pinhole leak where a mounting strap had rubbed through an aluminum tank. We marked the leak, ground back to clean metal, welded an aluminum patch and proved it with a soap-bubble leak test.

Steel table bases for Ohio Wood Connection
We fabricate the welded steel bases, legs and frames that carry Ohio Wood Connection live-edge slabs, tables and benches.
Custom kitchen island base, commission
A commissioned kitchen island base, from raw welded steel to expanded metal shelves and a sage green finish with forged scroll accents, then lifted in with our crane truck and set under a butcher block top in the customer's kitchen.
