Terms of Service
About these terms
These terms apply to use of cinstarfabrication.com and to orders placed with Cinstar Welding LLC, d/b/a CinStar Welding, Fabrication, and Repair ("CinStar"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them, together with our Production Retainer & Cancellation, Delivery & Installation, and Warranty policies.
Prices and quotes
Prices on this site are starting prices in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Your final price is confirmed after fitment review. Custom fabrication quotes are estimates based on the information provided and are valid for 30 days; work beyond the quoted scope is billed at our shop rate only with your approval.
Orders and fitment
An order is accepted when we confirm your truck's fitment and you pay the Production Retainer. If we determine a flatbed cannot be safely fitted to your truck, we will cancel the order and refund the retainer in full.
Payment
The balance is due before the finished work leaves our shop. Unpaid completed work may be held, and storage fees may apply after 30 days' notice.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate truck and project information, for safe loading and use within your vehicle's rated capacity, and for compliance with lighting and vehicle laws when you install the product yourself.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, CinStar's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service involved. CinStar is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost work, downtime or towing, except as required by law.
