Delivery & Installation Terms

Professional shop installation (recommended)

You bring your truck to our Petersburg, Kentucky shop. Installation includes removal of the factory bed, mounting of the flatbed with hardware, and complete soldered, weatherproofed taillight and lighting wiring. A standard swap is typically completed in one shop day.

Hidden frame damage

Rust or damage is often hidden under the factory bed. If we find frame damage when the bed comes off, we stop, send you photos and a firm written estimate, and proceed with any additional repair only after your approval. If you decline a repair needed for safe mounting, we may be unable to complete the installation.

Delivery or pickup for self-installation (not recommended)

We can deliver the flatbed (0–25 mi $249, 26–50 mi $349, 51–100 mi $499, 100+ mi quoted) or you can pick it up at our shop. Pre-run wire leads are included. Delivery is curbside; you are responsible for unloading equipment and help unless arranged in advance.

CinStar does not recommend self-installation. If you or a third party install the flatbed, you accept full responsibility for mounting, wiring, lighting compliance and roadworthiness. CinStar is not responsible for vehicle damage, frame damage, wiring or electrical faults, road failure, or third-party injury or property damage resulting from installation not performed by CinStar.

Scheduling and the old bed

Installation and delivery dates are scheduled after order review. Please give at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule. Your factory bed can be returned to you at no charge or left with us for disposal.
