Production Retainer & Cancellation Policy

Production retainer

A $750 Production Retainer is required to place a flatbed build into our production schedule. The retainer secures your production slot and covers fitment review, engineering and the purchase of steel and materials for your build.

The Production Retainer is non-refundable once paid. It is applied in full toward the final price of your build.

Production time

Estimated production time is 2–4 weeks from fitment verification. Dates are estimates, not guarantees; material supply, weather and shop workload can affect timing. We will keep you informed of any changes.

Remaining balance

The remaining balance is due before the finished flatbed leaves our shop, at shop pickup, at delivery, or at completion of installation. Builds not paid in full within 30 days of our notice that your build is complete may be subject to storage fees.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by contacting us in writing. Because materials are ordered and production time is reserved on your behalf, the Production Retainer is not refunded on cancellation. Any payments made beyond the retainer for work not yet performed will be reviewed and refunded less costs already incurred.

If CinStar cannot complete your build, we will refund the Production Retainer in full.
