When you request a quote, contact us or place an order, we collect the information you give us: your name, email, phone number, truck and project details, and any photos, drawings or files you upload.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe handles card data under its own privacy policy.

We use your information only to answer your inquiry, quote and build your project, schedule pickup, delivery or installation, process payment, and keep records required for our business and taxes. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not send marketing email without your permission.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that run this website, store files, send email and process payments, and only as needed for those services, or when required by law.

Your photos and files

Files you upload are stored privately and seen only by CinStar staff. We will not post photos of your vehicle or project publicly without your permission.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@cinstarfabrication.com. Some order and payment records must be kept for legal and tax purposes.
